We have just introduced a great new feature for those of you that host multiple websites off a single IP Address. Often referred to as virtual hosting.
You can now, on a single server inside Sentinel, monitor as many of your virtual hosts as you need to via an HTTP check.
This is a fantastic feature for smaller hosting companies or for web design / web development companies that host websites for their clients all on the same server.
All you do is add the HTTP service, then specify the VHost and/or the URI (see the image below).
Then once the service has been added it will appear in the details view (shown below)
This means you can run basic HTTP checks against multiple websites on a single server. You can also target specific pages on those websites to check as well.
